These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the One Breath of Life mobile application (“App”), operated by One Breath of Life LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App provides spiritual, contemplative, and educational content, including audio teachings, video content, written materials, and community interaction.

All content is offered for informational and personal growth purposes only.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the content shared within the App.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and access the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Payments and Access

Access to the App may be granted directly by One Breath of Life LLC.

Any external purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.

Access may be revoked for misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific personal outcomes from use of the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Breath of Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is voluntary and at your own discretion.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms

Misuse community features

Infringe intellectual property

Engage in harmful behavior

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
